Echo Ridge Farm and Nursery, is located outside picturesque Middletown, in Frederick County. We have been growing heirloom vegetables for over 3 years. Our vegetables are grown using seaweed fertilizer and without the use of chemicals or genetically modified seeds. Our soil is supplemented with natural compost. We grow over 50 varieties of mostly heirloom vegetables. Summer crops include: Green Beans, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Onions, Sweet Peppers, Garlic, Shallots, Asian Greens, Romaine, Beets, Carrots, Heirloom Tomatoes, Swiss Chard, Summer Squash, Tuscan Kale, Broccoli and Broccoli Rabb, Radishes, Leeks, and Turnips. Fall crop includes: some of the above items as well as the Spring Salad Greens.
Echo Ridge Farm also has a great selection of shade and flowering trees, and large shrubs such as viburnum.
